Clean dirt is natural soil without any debris, rocks, roots, concrete, asphalt, or other materials mixed in. It should be free of contaminants and ready for reuse or fill.
Saturday hours are by request only. Call Max at 714-318-7949 in advance to schedule a Saturday drop-off. Availability depends on staffing and current capacity.
Common reasons include: trash or plastics mixed in (we don't accept these), excessive rebar that isn't cut tight, or materials that don't match what was described. Our foremen inspect all loads on arrival and price based on what they see.
Rebar must be cut close and tight to the concrete—no long pieces sticking out. The more exposed rebar in your load, the higher the price. Clean concrete with minimal rebar gets the best rates.
We accept cash (please bring exact change), checks (payable to "71-91, LLC"), and all major credit cards. Payment is due at time of service.
